It’s ALL About Jesus!
I can’t think of any aspect of our Christian walk that is not about Jesus. We are saved by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. He paid for our sins with his blood. He washed away our sins with his blood. … Continue reading

What Does Hope Look Like?
Hope. We can live without a lot of things in life but hope is not one of them. As a small child I would gaze out of our picture window watching the snow fall hoping to get a glimpse of … Continue reading

From No Room in the Inn to No Room at the End to Dwelling in the Shelter of the Most High
We have been blessed to own a Property Management business. I have often wondered after doing this for many years what kind of house would Jesus want to live in if he could have had the choice. Here is an … Continue reading

The Woman Caught in Adultery
There is no doubt she did what they said, is there? It says she was caught in the act. It never says she is remorseful about it. There are no verses that she was a believer in Jesus or a follower of His teachings. Nothing indicates that she has a clue who this man drawing in the dirt is until she sees His authority in action and sees the people who accused her walk away defeated in their efforts. And even then, she calls him Lord – or teacher. That is like us saying, “Sir.” It was not an acknowledgement of faith, but it was a beginning. Continue reading
The Deeper Well
Jesus, tired as he was from the journey, sat down by the well. It was about the sixth hour. When a Samaritan woman came to draw water, Jesus said to her, “Will you give me a drink?” (His disciples had … Continue reading
The Woman Who Bled Luke 8:42b-44,47-48
As Jesus went on His way, the crowds almost crushed Him. And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years, but no one could heal her. She came up behind Him and touched the edge of His cloak, and immediately her bleeding stopped. I see two healings in one – the bleeding, and her faith. Continue reading
