New New New
« on: January 27, 2010, 09:37:18 PM »
I wanted to start a new topic. So here it is.

How about a new way of thinking for a new year.
 ;D

Let's make 2010 a new kind of new beginning.

I am interested in making this year a year for NOT starting OVER but the year of following through.  There are things I have been pressing forward with, albeit ever so slowly, and I want to follow through on those.  (Ro glances at Tim.)  :D

Ironically, many times we stop and quit just before the breakthrough is about to come.

Success comes to those who continue on until they reach success.

It is truly darkest just before the dawn.

Breakthrough could be in your next day or week or month.

Interestingly, some people quit because they get tired of trying.  They get tired.  Well, let's drink in some coffee or something to keep moving forward.  Don't let yourself get tired of continuing on.  Let's just keep on keeping on.

The difference between those we call successful and those whom we call failures, is.... a few ... maybe a hundred more attempts to get it right.  DON"T STOP TRYING!  Success is within your grasp!

And some of us just forget to follow through.  :(

Yeah, I've noticed you're following through rather significantly.  I'm really impressed.

Tim,

Was that for Dee or me?

I am getting a lot of my columns written and sent in on time lately.

:)

Well..... lately I have been working a schedule at home.  But these 5 AM mornings are getting to me.... especially when I stay up 'til midnight or after.  I usually crash the next night after the 5:00 AM work time.  BUT I am getting a lot of things done.  It is amazing how much you can get done when you work even a little bit but do it each day.  :2

I usually take Saturdays to write my articles for BB.  That works best for me and then I use the rest of the week for my IM business and promoting my speaking career.  Things are looking up.  Things are clicking and I am excited!

Yeah, it's truly amazing what consistency can do for your projects.

I gotta admit that when you said you'd be getting up at 5am I didn't think it would last long.  I was wrong.  :o
