Topic: Global Warming Snow in DC

So glad we have global warming ... otherwise DC might have had 6 feet of snow instread of the almost 3 feet they just got.   

Seriously.... we need to pray for those in DC who were not prepared for this cold event.  I worry about the low income families who have difficulty with the high cost of heating.  Lord keep them all warm.

And as for Florida, it has been cold here this winter.  We usually are in the 70s and 80s by now but tomorrow our high will only be 53.  I do like our winters to last longer than usual because otherwise it is like a very long summer.

Wendy - That is cool that you are from Oklahoma.  My Dad and his family were from there.  I still have some relatives there and as I progress on my family ancestory research I will eventually get to Oklahoma.  Actually I thought one of my Dad's cousins had a daughter named Wendy.    (Is that you Wendy???  LOL    )  My Grandfather was Samuel Phillips and he lived in Oklahoma city. My Dad was Robert Phillips. The cousins lived either in Oklahoma City or not too far from there.    I met them when I was a very young teenager.

Tim, I was joking about global warming.  I was trying to be funny.  I have been telling people we are so glad we have global warming because imagine how cold DC would be if we didn't have global warming.      I think that is why they changed the name to "Climate Change".   And actaually that is amazing too because the climate is always changing.

It's also amazing how the scam of the "scientific proof" of global warming is now being exposed for a complete fraud.

Yeah!   Ro! . . . There are a lot of good people in Oklahoma and I'm sure your relatives are some of them. . . You'll get a kick out of one of my stories I just finished a few days ago about being from Oklahoma and growing up in the "Bible Belt". 

I can't say that I'm related though . . .There are a lot of Wendys but I never meet any other Wendydawns . . . My father was the only boy in his family so we were not able to keep our family name going . . .   I guess we'll have to leave our legacy in some other form!

Let me know if you decide to travel there and I'll try to give you some fun suggestions.

Tim - I love the exposed scam of global warming .. have you noticed how award winner Al Gore has kind of disappeared since that all came out . . He went from being everywhere to nowhere . . I wonder why that is?  ha ha
