Topic: Please pray for my daughter and family

My daughter is the landlord for a house she owns and her tenent has not paid in months.  He now owes about $7,000.  She has given him plenty of time to pay up and make things right.  Now she has begun eviction proceedings. 

I would like prayers for her safety.  This tenent was recently arrested for assulting an acquantance with a gun in public ( on the sidewalk between their two houses). 

We need peace and safety for my daughter and family and that this tenent does not get violent after being served with the eviction papers this coming week. 

This is the daughter who recently had boiling hot grease spill all down her legs with no burns on Thanksgiving day.  She is expecting God's protection in this matter too. 

We serve a mighty God who loves us and loves to protect us!

This is a very convoluted situation.  They went to court because he contested through a written letter and paid $10. 

However, the judge threw it out because there was another document that had been signed, CFD, which means it is not a simple eviction but it is really a foreclosure. 

But it boils down to the fact that the dude won't leave the house and it will cost her about $2,000 to evict him because of a legal document she and he had signed.   

We need him to leave without damanging the house because she does not have $2,000 to do the foreclose.   I keep praying and asking God to remove him so my daughter can be done with this.

Please continue to pray for God's resolution of this.
