Topic: URGENT PRAYER REQUEST: - Pregnancy - Urgent Surgery

Prayer Request:
 
My neice, Suelinda is 6 months pregnant.  She is in the hospital.  Her Blood Pressure has been high, they may have that under control but she has other problems.  The baby is getting minimal nourishment from the placenta *they have a name for this condition but I do not know what it is).  They have decided to take the baby by C-section on Thursday.  The baby is only about 6 months old.  The baby will need the Lord's help to survive. 
 
Please pray for God's miraculous touch.

The baby was born last Thursday and she was 2 lbs 3 oz.  The Dr said she would not cry and that they would have to put her on oxygen after she was delivered. 

She came out crying and breathing on her own.  She was very strong for a 2 lb 3 oz baby.  The new born testing gave her a score of between 8 & 9.  That is fantastic for a 6 month baby. 

The Drs. were flabergasted as to how and why Lorien was doing so well.  She is blessed and she is a living miracle.

4/26/08 - Update:  Baby Lorien Milstead is doing great, she is almot 3lbs now.  She is in neo-natal intensive care for a few weeks now and Suelinda is recoverning from the surgery.  Thank you all for your continued prayers for baby Lorien and the family.

Update:  Loren is home from the hospital and she is now over 5 pounds.  She is healthy and doing very well.
