W.I.N.

What is W.I.N.?  It's the Worship Intercession Network.

It's an intercession mission base where intercessory missionaries are gathered, trained and sent out to serve the local church and all other Christian ministries locally and on foreign soil.

Janice Stringer, the Founder of W.I.N. has been in full-time ministry for over twenty years. She carries her ordination through SPAN (Shirley Arnold Ministries) and has a Bachelor's Degree in Theology.

In these 20 years she has traveled throughout the United States and other countries ministering in churches, doing leadership training and speaking in conferences. Before the death of her husband two years ago, she co-pastored at his side for eight years.

In the various gracious ways the Lord has allowed her to serve she has found one key factor that was probably the most important support she had; a team of intercessors who prepared the way in the spirit for what the Lord wanted to accomplish.

Finding a trained, skilled, developed, effective intercessor is a rare gift today and this gift is one of the key components needed for any ministry to be effective to its fullest degree, especially in the last days.

The ministry leadership needs the constant bathing of prayer not only for effectiveness but for protection. This is the mission of the Worship Intercession Network. It consists of trained intercessors who are called to serve the Body of Christ.

Churches and ministries throughout Pinellas County are being adopted by W.I.N. at the Pastor's and leadership's request. Not only for the partnering of prayer cover, but for those in their ministries who feel the call of an intercessor to attend the School of Intercession that W.I.N. has opened.

The School of Intercession provides balanced skilled training and character development with the emphasis of serving the local church and the Body of Christ as a whole. The school can be attended on an individual basis at the school's headquarters and can also be brought into ministries for in-house instruction.

Intercessory missionaries will be eventually trained as forerunner teams that will go ahead of ministry teams to do the spiritual groundwork. The long range goal is to raise up intercessory instructors to establish W.I.N. Mission Bases in cities everywhere.

The Worship Intercession Network also provides periodic conference settings for Pastors and ministers to join together in unity for worship and prayer for the cities God has placed them in. This is to aid in changing the spiritual climate through intercession. Preparing the way for evangelism and missions with a strong intent on bringing unity to the Body of Christ.

According to 2 Chronicles 7:14, God has given the believer the unlimited potential to change the course of nations through prayer and it is the heart of the ministry team at W.I.N. to help believers reach that potential.
