Spring brings with it a refreshing of life that renews everything around us. It reminds us of new beginnings and fresh chances. We also celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ this month.
Jesus suffered and died for our sins so we wouldn't have to suffer and die for them. That would have been enough to save us but he didn't stop there. He rose from the dead. Keep in mind he walked out of the grip of death. He did this for us as well so that we would not have to fear death.
When he arose he brought with him a newness of life. A new kind of life, eternal life. He gave this gift freely and proved that he had the power to give it by walking out of his tomb. Take this Easter time; this resurrection time to bring new life to yourself. We can get into a rut going through the same life habits.
Renew your life experiences. Examine your choices and your directions. Resolutions aren't just for New Year's Day. Every day is a new universe just waiting to be explored and experienced. What are you going to do with your universe today?
