The new part is keeping it fresh in our lives. Each day when I go to bed I try to remember the blessings I've received. Each morning when I wake up I try to remember to thank God for one more chance to do something great for him, even if that's only working and making it through the day.
Try looking at your life this month to see if there are areas where you can improve your thankfulness. If you find that you're doing fine then reach out to others to help them see the great life they have.
