God promises us a lot. We know his promises from studying the Word, the Bible. It is very important that we study the bible so we can know not only God's promises to us but also what He wants from us. Promises are usually interactive. If we promise someone something, it may or may not be based on conditions, however, it does involve another person. God wants to be involved in our lives. He wants us to look to Him for everything. He want us to learn to trust Him and to obey.
